We stand behind Le Rêve Royal. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no lengthy explanations required.

How to request a return Contact us at maison@dormance.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

Condition We ask that the mask be returned in reasonable condition and in its original packaging. We understand you need to try it to love it — that's exactly why we offer 30 days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at maison@dormance.com. We'll make it right.

Exchanges To exchange your mask for a different colour, simply return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.

Sale items Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for return under the same conditions.
